Just a quick question about ABT's. DO you cook direct or indriect withe platte setter, also Do you guys use smoke for them? Thanks

You can do them either way...but better luck indirect and raised grid.

I don't add any smoke to mine, they are plenty flavorful.

I did mine also indirect with platesetter on a normal grill. I used lots of smoke wood on mine but I like a lot of strong flavor in anything I cook!
