Have you ever tried that chicken sauce with anything else??? I think I'm gonna mix some in my rib sauce maybe drizzle some on some pulled pork or even inject a butt with it. I love vineger sauces. I have never been a fan of sweet sauces. I guess I've lived in North Alabama to long.

Might be good, it has way too much hot stuff in it to thicken it and eat it directly on the meat as a finishing sauce. Probably would do just fine as a dip for mopping, but I haven't tried it. I think it was Frank in Houma that tried it on some fish the other night. Maybe somebody will pipe in with some results. I really designed it to be an after the fact steeping sauce, but who knows. -RP
