Agree with Jeffersonian. Have these 3 going right now and temps vary from 183 to 191. Not much longer to go & my silver haired neighbors are already calling . Started these (about 8 to 9 lbs each) at 10:30 last night. Cooler is warmed and I'm gettin hungry.
