Cooking Deer Jerky

I have a recipe for deer jerky that I have used for years. It requires marinating the meat and cooking it in a oven at 150 Deg for 4 to 6 hrs. My Q is... can my large egg be maintained at that low temp for 4 to 6 hrs. Did not want to try without some hints or advise. Thanks.
