Owned Mr. Egg for 4 years and have never done a London Broil.
What suggestions do you folks have. LB is in a marinade as I write this.

  • Sundown, my personal thing is to crank up the Egg to 600, sear the LB for about 4-5 minutes a side, then shut her down and dwell to a 140 internal temp.[p]I marinade in a pretty heavy mixture and then just kosher salt and coarse pepper or maybe seasoned pepper.[p]Haven't had a clinker yet.[p]Enjoy![p]

<p />Sundown, used this recipe on first London broil that I made which was also the first cook on the BGE![p]And for today, the name says it all.[p]
