<p />6 hours into my biggest cook yet. 37 lbs of butt and a 14 lb brisket. Citizen Q talked me into doing it all. Time to add two polders for internal and two redicheck remotes for the dome temps. Hopefully some sleep soon.[p]Chuck

    Puj,[p]The butts are just about finished, at 195* now. The brisket is at 185 so its almost done also. 30 people to feed in a few hours so I think I'm on schedule.[p]Chuck
