We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! I bought a butt at Ingles for 89 cents a pound as it was reaching its "sell by" date but I don't have the time to cook it right now. I am going to freeze it cook it up in a couple of weeks.

I was considering rubbing it with Elder Ward's butt rub prior to freezing and wondered if anyone had tried this and if you thought it would make any difference at all.....

I've been lurking alot lately and have enjoyed all of the cooks! B)
