Hawgeyes BBQ had a little contest today. Kids had to do hamburgers and adults had to do t-bone steaks. We took out the small. My kid finished 1st in the kids competition. Pretty cool to watch him do it all and make the decisions and stuff. Oh yeah, my wife was 4th in steak and I was first. Good day for father and son.

no, he did them pretty simple. they were about 1/2 in thick.
But I have been hooked on stuffed burgers lately. About 1/2 pound of 85% to start then put some cheese in the middle and seal the edges. Just don't make it too thick. -
