Cypress table
Just bought and assembled one of the cypress tables for my beloved medium egg. It sits under a covered porch. It has no finish on it. Thoughts on whether it needs a finish, since it is cypress?

It doesn't need a finish if you don't mind it weathering and the color changing. If you want to try to maintain the original color of the cypress, you could finish it.The Naked Whiz

Finish it. ESPECIALLY if you like things to appear clean. Cypress is porus and it will stain very quickly (grease, et al).
