I have cooked babybacks since I bought my egg with great results. I followed others with the mustard and rub. Has anyone tried olive oil on both sides and then rub and if so what is the difference?[p]CWM

CWM:[p]My experience is that the mustard gives a bit more bark depending on how much you put on to begin with.
