Since the OK eggfest my wife has been talking about he shrimp you did...

Could you share the recipe...?

    Will be happy to share with a Brother cause I know that when Mamas happy, everyone is happy.

    I try to keep it as simple as possible.

    Peel and de-vein shrimp, I generally use 26 31 count but larger work
    Light coating of Italian dressing
    Light sprinkle of Tony Chachere’s, Be careful about how much Tony’s you use cause it can get too salty in a hurry.
    Put 6 or 7 on each skewer
    350 direct on a raised grid for about 3.5 min.
    Turn and sprits with I can’t believe its not Butter, I use this cause I never have flare-ups like I had with melted butter.
    Grill another 3.5 min. or until shrimp are done
    Remove and sprits again with I can’t believe it’s not Butter
    Lightly dust again with Tony’s
    Squeeze a little fresh lime juice on them, ½ lime per 6 or 7 skewers
    Serve
