700 degree sear 90 seconds, rotate for 30 seconds, flip for 90 seconds
pull, rest covered 20 minutes
350 roast for 10 minutes
classic t-rex

grilled pineapple and strawberry with malibu coconut rum with white chocolate sauce!

hey! i tried to find that stuff on the internet, but it's not on there anywhere. what's up with that? so this was part of a three pack gift basket thing or something?

really good on the pineapple... too good, in fact. strawberries are better cold i think.

i've got something elso to try that dessert sauce on tonight...............

When you say "rotate" did you turn the grid 180 before flipping the steaks?

nope... rotate the steaks on the grid to get the diamond sear pattern.

That looks FABULOUS! Ribeye and asparagus has been done a million times but you still manage to make it a WOW dish with perfect execution. Great job.

The dessert is an inspirational dish too. Mind if I steal...errr....I mean borrow this idea? :evil:

My wife bought me a whole ribeye yesterday that I am going to trim up today. I might have to try to replicate your perfection!
