Nuclear Small n Woosday Grub

Wife picked up a center cut loin other day..rubbed and marinaded last night in a chile powder, cumin, oregano rub...believe it or not..this is the rub before cooking..
Got the small to around 650 and seared all sides about a min each side...
Then let it rest while I got the small down to about 400 and setup for indirect...and cooked to around 150-155 internal.
.then foiled/toweled/coolered while I got the sweet taters and asparagus goin...
Finally...sliced the loin...
and hadda eggerful woosday dinner!! :woohoo:

Nice Looking Cook and good photos. Did you get a new camera or tripod? I need to take my photos up a notch. Too much glare on my counter by the time we eat the sun has set. -
Thanks..no on the new camera or tripod..in fact i'm using an old camera that is only a 4.0 cuzz it has a rechargeable battery and my other one was runnin me broke in batteries..heh.. steadiness of hand and clarity of focus is inversely proportional to intake of adult beverages prior to photgraphing :P :laugh: :woohoo:

That looks great 'tucky. Pork loin is something I haven't got down "pat" yet. Vegs look great also. We are getting sweet potatos in the roadstands now by the trailer load.
