Wife picked up a center cut loin other day..rubbed and marinaded last night in a chile powder, cumin, oregano rub...believe it or not..this is the rub before cooking..

Got the small to around 650 and seared all sides about a min each side...

Then let it rest while I got the small down to about 400 and setup for indirect...and cooked to around 150-155 internal.

.then foiled/toweled/coolered while I got the sweet taters and asparagus goin...
