Flank Steak and hanger steak

What size cuts of meat do you buy in respect to each. Also how about some recipes for each. Thanks.

    Babyray,[p]As far as flank steak, I've done it several times ... all good. The size of the meat only depends on how hungery you are! More is good! Remember, flank steak is a grainy cut of meat. I marinade ot 24 hours of more (I think it helps tenderize it), and slice against the grain![p]Smokey
