Prime Rib

The Egg scored another win at our dinner club the other night. We did the rib to 135 internal and folks all said it was the best they had ever had. I added a nice rib and cooked it over cherry, hickory and a few Jack Daniel chips. It had a nice smokey flavor but not over-powering.
Thanks, Big Green Egg ... We made believers of six more folks!
