"The Chicken" veggie?

Chicken at 350* on grid over veggies for 1 1/2 hrs. Do you cook the veggies for the same amount of time or say an hour?

I cook whole or spatchcock chickens over sliced potatoes, onion and a few pieces of italian sausage @ 400° for 1 hour.
In the last 10 minutes I cover the spud tray with cheese.
If you are going to use veggies I would suggest you use AZRP's method.

I pulled the veggies out when the potatoes were tender, just a little over an hour. -RP

of course it's RPs recipe..but I cook the veggies until the taters are 200 internal...then I know they and everthing else is done..plus I like to play w/my thermapen
