<p />Hi all -[p]Here's a pic of my new shelf, to replace the one that cracked. I decided to go with a Acme Marls (brand name) Kiln Shelf. It's one inch thick, and is supposed to withstand 2,500° degrees. I figure if it ever gets that hot, I have much MUCH larger problems anyway.[p]Thanks for all the previous feedback. I hope this works!!![p]- Mike

    Charcoal Mike,
    You should be just fine now. Your setup doesn't allow for much air circulation and the high rating will compensate for that.
