Thanks to Nature Boy and Stogie for the warnings about the "danger zone" for leaving pork out. You might have saved us from the porcelain throne! [p]You mentioned there might be some links out there describing the danger zones in more detail. Does anyone have any info or links I can research? Just to be safe.[p]I guess we will just throw the butt away today. We are going for steak and the kids get burgers. Lesson learned. Man, was I looking forward to some pulled.
