These are boneless pork shoulders from Costco.
They are packed two to a pack.
I think each pack was about 16 or 17 lbs, so they must have been about 8 lbs ea.
You can not get bone-in shoulders at Costco now. -
My costco in N. TX is the same, only boneless butts.
On a positive note, my Sams carries bone in butts. Plus, Sams just starting selling ribeyes and strips in single cuts at the fresh seafood counter. I hope they continue it, beats having to buy the 3 and 4 steak pack and can pick the specific cuts.
