anyone got good lamb chop recipes? rubs, marinades, cooking methods. First time trying them on the egg.

    You will love them egged, a little salt & peper or some DP of choice 5-6 mins per side, excellent. New Zealand chops if you can get them.

    Here are the ones I did last weekend:

    Pretty straightforward, I put some EVOO, salt , and some multi-colored pepper on it and TRex'd it with the ribeyes I was also cooking. After the sear and rest, the roast portion was 2 min/side. I used some raspberry chipotle finishing sauce on them after it made it to my plate.
