New Bar-B-Q restaurant in Madison, Alabama called Chuck Wagon Bar-B-Q. Anyone in the Huntsville area know anything about it. Hours or phone number. Thinking about driving over Saturday.

    Just talked with a friend of mine here in florida that has owned BBQ joints in the huntsville area and has had a few here said that "in his opinion" Thomas BBQ is the best for the area second generation family.

    The new one you are asking about he does not know. Also said Old Dad's is fair, about 10 years old. Hope this helps.
