4 oz smoked salmon
8 oz cream cheese
2 tble sour cream
1 tble mayo
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Tabasco
pinch of fresh ground black pepper
pinch hot paprika
1 tble horseradish (you might want to use a little less)
1 tsp liquid smoke
Blend together and chill for 1 hour.
