I am having a "Eggfest for One" this weekend.
Pork butt on a all nighter this evening followed by chicken breast and rib eye (bone in) Saturday.
I invite you all to a virtual eggfest.
No rules and you judge yourselves.

    Glad to be here. I'm doing a 9.5 pound brisket Saturday, and most like another spatchcocked chicken Sunday. Gonna have to make a beer run though before the action gets too intense.

    That brisket's in and smoking its way to perfection. Marinated in soy sauce/mirin/sake; rubbed with Gilded Splinters. Dinner's late, but worth the wait.
