    well you know living in georgee those vadalia onions are in season about now so i core about half way though ( i use a spoon works great) i rub them with olive oil and add a few drops in the hole i put a little larry's season salt alittle cavender's and kosher salt then cook them in small egg for about 30 to 40 minutes at 300+ they are really good

    Sorry for being dumb, but what is cavender's? I certainly know about Vadalia onions. They are so yummy and wonderfully sweet. My grandmother and father are from Georgia so I've grown up on the onions even here in Arizona.

    yep i found out about it hanging out in the place you can find it in alot of grocery stores has no salt just a bunch of spices
