The photo that I was finally able to resize and get into my profile is of the Mad Max Turkey that I did for my family on Thanksgiving Day. (I didn't even have to call the HOTline!) I wanted to personally thank him for the guidance he offered to make that bird the most delicious turkey I have EVER had the pleasure to feast on. My family raved and I smugly smiled, but Max deserves most of the credit. Thanks Max, Mark
