Wow, this weekend started out simple...before I knew it I had burned 12 lbs of beef, 12 lbs of pork, 6x cheeseburgers, made a pot of Brunswick stew, fixed fanned taters, and smoked veggies..phew!..this has been like work!..hehe...
Started with the beef chuck roasts rubbed w/3 different rubs..Friday morning fixed pulled per Clay's recipe...

Had jus started to snow when I put them on...

'About' 12 hrs later the beef is potted and ready to eat..

Meanwhile I started the pork butts..this time w/2 rubs..

Got up to winter storm warning..same shot about 24 hrs later..

Same butts about 18 hrs into cook ready to foil and rest....

by now i've lost complete track of time and had WAY too many drinks..but we got em pulled and ready to eat..

Finally plated with pulled beef, pulled pork, fanned taters and egged veggies..

dem..forgot to make pix of the brunswick stew..but got it done and ready for a family gathering tomorrow...still gotta make some corn bread to go with the stew tomorrow morning..phew!...I'm ready to go back to work Monday!!.. :P

Sure looks good. Maybe all that snow wasn't all that bad.

Good looking food. The view out your "cook shack" is awsome. Don't get snow but about once every ten years and that will shut us down for a day or two. People will run to the store and hord food like its the end of the world.

Ventilation is no problem..have plenty of open screened space..the only thing I am considering is adding a vent hood just to keep from discoloring the ceiling above which is at about 9ft, but over time I think will be a problem...

My neighbor's are mainly old & cheap but not that smart. With your address they will spend $200 in gas for a $10 meal. They have tasted the egg food (think I can claim them on my taxes) and will line up at your door if I show them your Pic's. I'll hold off for now but if it get's too bad I'll send a few your way.

Wow! Everything looks delicious! I'll be taking vacation with the kids this week, so there'll be plenty of time to experiment with the eggs this week.

Holy cow, you've been a busy boy. Do you have enough warm bodies around that place to eat all that up? Excellent pics, B TW.
