OK the the recipe has been formulated.
Went to Costco today and bought the Lamb for a Pistachio Encrusted Leg of Lamb. It will be stuffed with good herbs and then encrusted in the Pistachio Mixture. I reckon I'll send the recipe to Grape Boy before I take off for Florida.
At the request of Spring Hen (and others) my now infamous Hungry Man Breakfast will be served. With my equally as infamous cornbread. (Yes Leroy I will mix some extra for you to take home)
NOTE TO SELF: Don't bring your son anywhere near Costco's meat counter. I now have 4 Ribeyes in the refrigerator for a cook tomorrow.. :pinch:
Since it is so close to St. Patrick's Day I will make the Brown Irish Soda bread.

Three larges and two smalls. -
The actual cook surface is 10 inches. It fits nicely in my large when I use it..

Okay, you don't have to bring it for us. Chicken wants to bring his 14" one. He needs a lot of surface area to do the onions and peppers for the fajitas and chickuletta sandwiches. Thanks for being a sweetie and offering your services. I cannot believe you are going to bring 5 eggs - you are something else!!! See ya soon!Judy

I am bringing 5 cause the Chicken needs lots of service area for his onion and peppers..
I let Chubby use one so he'll sit in the corner and burn stuff.. -
You are going to have to put two of them in the corner now.....SC just burned the pig candy big time!! He'll try again tomorrow maybe. We got a 4# rib roast to cook tomorrow so I will have to watch him like a chicken hawk so he doesn't get sidetracked and burn it. That would be disastrous!Judy
