More quesadillas

Dog gone ! I made my first Quesadillas Sunday and I said I would be doing it again but I had no idea it would be this soon. My wife suggested it; she's starting to like this deal of me doing the cooking.
This time I used chicken, onions ,Mozzerela and cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce. I think these were better than the first ones I made. My wife thought so too.

That's Wild!!..I made quesadillas tonight also!!..heh...I used Mexican 4 cheese, jalapenos, pulled pork leftovers, salsa, brushed the quesas in olive oil and stuck em on the pizza stone while I was burn cleaning..came out awesome!!...nice very ez cook...wiffie had made homemade chicken noodle soup and made them to go with that...no pix..sry..

Sounds good, I'll have to remember to brush on olive oil next time. Thanks for the idea.
