    AZRP,

I don't see a lot of posts regarding flank but I do see a lot on London Broil. Are they the same? London Broil in Canada refers to a butterflied flank pounded and stuffed with ground veal, herbs and bread crumbs, rolled and cut into roullades.
Sometimes this language barrier is hard to overcome ;)

That's an interesting serving idea, Randy. What's the sauce for the meat?

Duh...never mind, I read your second post.

That does look good. We like flank steaks and flat irons better than the more expensive cuts. A much better "beef" taste.

    Oh! Y'er killin' me, Brother!

My wife is having big-time gall-bladder problems, won't go to a doctor [She's uninsured -- waiting for 65!]. And now she's into birdfood... no meat!

I think she's either going to have to move in with some other birdfood people, or I'm going to have to crank up the Egg and eat in front of her...

    There's a limit to togetherness!

    :silly:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream, 4 tsp horseradish, and two scallions. I used an immersion blender to mix and added some salt and pepper. I added a couple tbs of cream to make the mixture blend a little better. -RP

Add an avocado (or two), a shot of worcestershire and juice form a lime to that and it's unbelievable with steak. It's also pretty good with potato chips.
