A very good dinner tonight! And very simple. just mixed a heaping Tbsp of Ragin River with 1/2 cup mayo. spread over the salmon and let rest for the day. Egged at 400 for 15 minutes. the aroma was to die for. you could really smell the cedar but it did not over power the fish. Most and flaky. added a little asparagus and sweet potatoes with strawberry pie for desert. YUP A very good dinner.
