I tried to go by the BGE DVD. I thought cheese on bottom and top would help hold it together when flipping. So I used cheese,onions,yellow banana peppers, ground up Fattie from Friday and then more cheese.

I went for 500 degrees for about five min. and when I flipped it over some of the filling fell out but I did better on the second one, it held together very nicely. I guess the pizza stone hadn't heated up enough for the first one.

All in all I'd say they turened out pretty good. I'll be doing this again.
