Well I cooked this cut of Prime Rib, Rib Eye ribs & the top weighing 18lbs......on my Segovian oven......sorry I didn´t have my egg then......and ...doesn´t it look like a T´Rex head???? :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: This is in your honour since I have enjoyed your cooking technique so much!!!! Beli
