Ok, Big Daddy. I'm doing ribs tomorrow and I'm doing them your way. Wish me luck! I'm hoping for the best ever, just like you said![p]TNW

I will write a hundred times, you're, not your.

    nikkig,
I had intended to start a discussion of Big Daddy's rib-cooking manhood :-), not grammar, but the "your/you're" I was referring to was in the title of the post: "It's time to see what your/you're made of." [p]TNW

    The Naked Whiz,
I wouldn't exactly call it my way. I got the goop from someone and the temps and times from someone else and added the sauce part myself. Can't even remember where it all came from.
I sure hope you like them. They were my best, even the leftovers.
My favorite way previously was 3/1/1.5, which are good but not like the new way.
Let us know how they turn out. I'm going to try them again in a week or so. Want to make sure the first try wasn't a fluke.
Even if it was they were the best and I'm sure it can be duplicated again.
    Happy Qing,

    The Naked Whiz,
Forgot to mention in my previous post.
We're having a role reversal day, I'm doing your Spatchcocked Chicken today.
    Wish me luck,
    B D
