Did the chicken enchladas tonight, we will definately do them again. I used the recipe in the archives, but used left over chicken from last nights cook instead of pork. I also used jalapenos instead of chilies, and left out pimentos. [p]Did our first try at ribs two nights ago. They also turned out good. Not fall off the bone, but with a slight tug that left a clean bone. [p]I definately like this egg cooking :-)[p]~nikki
