We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Just bought my BGE a few weeks ago. So far, so good! Baby back ribs turned out pretty good. Briskett turned out good too! Looking forward to a great summer of good eating! I credit my beginners luck to the knowledge gained here on the forum. Keep up the good work. Maybe I can add some value some day.
