Question? Imade the rub tonight before I came to work and will rub later for a cook tomorrow. I ground some coffee and am afraid that is too coarse, will this make the final product too "crunchy" or should I not worry about it?

From my limited experience with the recipe (twice I think) I don't think I the grind will affect things. Qbabe may have a different opinion. You will enjoy the taste of this cook.
