That was the wifes valentine gift. She really knows how to charm me. I have had my egg for a few years and never really considered making pizza because I don't care for it commercially. Wow! The home made variety from the egg is great. Ham and mushroom calzones were for dinner tonight and I have never had anything close to that in a restaurant.
I'm glad she opened my eyes to this. There will be many more bread bakings in the future for sure.

Well as we say in bullfighting....you¨ve got to jum to the arena sometime congratulations....Did my first pizza last week......I was the most surprised for the way it turned out......much better than any commercial type..........actually did 2 pizzas in 1...here is the photo.
