Did some Brunswick Stew and veggies tonight..
Both were wonderful..if you havent tried stews/chilis/soups on the egg you're missing out!!

That looks like the copper grill bowel Jeffersonia uses. The vegs look especially good. What kind of pot?

Yeah I think it's the same skillet...Outset copper...I said something the other day about his when he posted...great minds think alike!! :blink: It's great for veggies, shrimp, scallops, etc. especially good for roasting almonds and the like...got mine at amazon also...

Yeah, I just chopped up a buncha stuff, onion, squash, zucini, jalapeno, red pepper, green pepper, doused in some EVOO, salted, peppered, and sprinkled a lil of fav rub...got the pan good n hot in a 400 egg and in about 10 mins had good eats!
