Red Beans and Rice

Saturday was a simple cook. I made a batch of Red Beans and Rice. What made this recipe so simple was that I just put the Dutch Oven on and walked away for about 6 hours. When I came back inner was ready except for cooking the rice.

Thanks to technology I can now show what I did.

Here is what I say when I opened my egg:
