<p />Kept Mr. Green busy today. Had a bit of lump left over from doing a brisket last week. Got her up to 350° and cooked nine boneless chicken breasts rubbed with Gilded Splinters.... These came off then I cooked two spatchcocked chickens, also rubbed with Gilded Splinters. The birds came off and I still had a good heat source so I put on two pork tenderloins with JJ's rub...... Lookes like I'm set for a few days...... Hmmmmmm.... wonder what else I can put on there today.... After all, the day is still young. Is that a beef roast I see in the fridge???!!!!
