I am having trouble keeping the egg above 150 to 175 and am trying to cook some babby backs any problems with the meat its been about 2 to 2.5 hours? I think I have the temp up to about 230 stable now. Maby some damp lump or something?

Open your vents top/bottom some more and see what happens. I try to keep the dome 250-275 indirect for 5-7 hours depending on mood and beef or babys.
