Did this last night at 400 degrees in the snow, a little Dizzy Dust gave it a nice crispy skin.
I did some potatos, carrots and onions in foil along side

On the egg next to the chicken in HD foil with a little oil an S&P. flip once I left these on for almost the whole cook, we like a little singe on them. Sometimes add a little Dizzy Pig.
The cook was @400 for about 1 3/4 hrs. indirect over a drip pan. I pulll the chicken when it looks done, no thermo.
