36 vs. 12 hr rest on No Knead Bread

I've got to cook the bread early Sat am, so I'm trying to figure out if I go ahead and prep the dough tonight will it be destroyed come Saturday morning? All the other times I've made it I had a 24 hr rest, but w/ the am cook, I figure I'd ask the pundits.

After 24 or so hours, lightly "tap down" and put the dough in the fridge. It will "hold steady" for a few more days.
Bring it up to room temp whenever ready, tap down one last time, let it rest for another two hours, then toss it in the fire!
Rotsa Ruck!

That way I can skip the whole bringing up to room temp step. TIA
