    I've done that one twice, was great each time.

  • djm5x9,[p]I agree. This method works every time as long as you can stablize the temp. I know others make comments about the lump thing, but in my medium I find that if I use the sorting method to some extent then my fire stays consistent throughout the entire cook. I have tried the "dump the lump in" method and I have had problems with long-lasting fires.[p]Gonna do a couple butts on Friday while I am getting the boat ready for spring/summer. Yeah C'mon![p]DD
