I guess Eggers would call it spatchcocked baby chicken. Cooked it indirect at 350. It surprised me that it took a little over an hour. On the weber they were always 45 minutes.
Part of the problem was my ET-73 kept reading HHH so I opened the dome up a few times to move the probe. I am surprised I got an overtemp at around 350. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
The birds Came out nice an juicy. Alas no pictures as the camera batteries are now being recharged.
