Just got my 4 pack with samplers. :woohoo: Got home too late tonight to start anything new, so it was leftover smoked chicken enchiladas tonight. (gotta get this picture posting thing going) What a great company! Ordered on Sat. and they were on my porch today. Thats with MLK Day on Monday. Got a cool pin and a sticker which will go on the Jeep tomorrow. I have some chuck steaks in the reefer, think I'll try the Cowlick with them tomorrow. Any other suggestions for Dizzy Dust, Swamp Venom or Shakin' the Tree will be appreciated.
By the way because of this forum I am now hooked on fatties.

put the shaking the tree on a boneless skinless chicken breast grillit direct slice and put on some fettuchini(sp) alfredeo (sp)

Good Stuff, let's see...
Firewalk on Eggs in the morning, Kielbasa slow cooked.
STT on chicken direct on raised grid. Tsumani Spin on grouper, shrimp, etc.
Dizzy dust on ribs & pork tenderloin.
As you know Cow Lick or Raisin' the Steak on beef depending on the mood. LOL
Red-Eye on beef or pork when you want that extrar flavor.
I've even put some Swamp Venom on Popcorn.
These are a few of my favorite things... -
Dizzy pig is great stuff.
I use Dizzy Dust on just about anything, especially pork.

Yep, I've known Chris for years, (since he started here), and he is a fine dude and his products are great also. He is a really upright person and by all means, get the Swamp Venom! Thats my favorite, I use it all the time on my pork and beef cooks.
Go for it, you will not regret it.

Oh yes...and it's actually less expensive - per ounce - than a lot of rubs you'll find. Very, very good stuff, IMHO. Here are some chops I made with Dizzy Dust, with even the most finicky of my family wolfing them down:
