Anyone smoke a corned brisket????? I do know that you end up with pastrami,if so, is it good?????????

tryin one tommorrow, got it wrapped in the fridg with my regular brisket rub. gonna treat it the same as a brisket
I just put a 3 lb. on indirect with some pecan chunks. Just plying around to see what happens. A great way to keep learning. Good luck with yours.

Actually i read another post some where after i posted this, and they suggested soakin , as thiers was a little to briney after cookin. so i rinsed and let soak over night, then applied rub a few hours before i smoke it
