Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! It's time to think about getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

It was -17 in Nw Iowa , after I started them ,I did run into a little problem my small got to 350 ,so I got out the large set it to 250 ish put ribs on WOW they were good
The small did cool down quite fast I could have used it by the time the large was ready

I do know this the Eggs work in-17 temps very well ,I dont know of a grill that will slow cook like that and put a nice smoke ring on it

I love my Eggs
