Jan 1. I was starting a 5+hr cook of Baby Backs The wind came up and blew my DiggiQII off the table, the back came off but it was still working, so I continued my cook The DiggiQII kept working. On the Jan 2. I called Fred Jr. at BBQ Guru he gave me a return no. and off it went, I got it back today. They have a terrific Customer Service.
