NB's Ginger Mahogany Ribs - Follow-Up #2

Sunday when I did NB's Ginger Mahogany Ribs I intentionally made an extra 1/2 rack to save for today - 6 minutes at 30% power in the Microwave and the results, while not quite as good as Sunday's ribs, were excellent! From now when doing ribs, I think I’ll just automatically include an extra rack – quick and easy lunch.[p]It's sunny and 70 in Peoria - bike is on the Jeep and I'm off to the Rock Island Trail - Life is GOOD!
